This cool vintage piece was put together by hand. The outfit was crocheted by hand. The plastic face and hands have great detailing. The felt hat is removeable. The base is an old Ivory bottle. It weighted down, but I’m not sure what’s in the bottle. This is in great shape. She is almost 17” with her hat on.
